What Qualifies as a Bulk Order?

A Bulk Order is defined as any order meeting one or more of the following criteria:

• 10 or more units of the same design on the same product type (e.g., 10 matching mugs with the same logo).
• 25 or more total items across multiple designs within our existing product catalog.
• Any wholesale order placed by a registered retail business intending to resell our products.

Tier-Based Discount Framework

Our bulk discounts are structured in tiers based on quantity. Discounts apply to the product base price and are calculated before shipping.

Wholesale pricing for retail resellers may differ from the above tier structure. Please contact us directly for a wholesale price sheet and retailer agreement

Production Timelines for Bulk Orders

Large quantity orders require extended production time compared to standard orders. Please plan accordingly:

• 10–24 units: 5–10 business days production time.
• 25–49 units: 7–14 business days production time.
• 50–99 units: 10–21 business days production time.
• 100+ units: Custom timeline quoted on a per-order basis — typically 3–6 weeks.

These timelines are estimates and can vary based on product type, current production capacity, and seasonal demand. Orders placed between October and December should allow additional lead time due to holiday season volume.

We Strongly Recommend a Sample Order

Before committing to a large quantity order, we highly recommend placing a single-unit sample order of the product and design you intend to purchase in bulk. Here is why:

• Verify print quality, color accuracy, and product feel before committing to a large spend.
• Confirm sizing is correct for your intended recipients (especially important for apparel).
• Ensure the design looks exactly as expected on the physical product.

Sample orders are processed at standard pricing and ship within our regular production timeline. If you proceed to a bulk order after receiving your sample, mention your sample order number and we will apply your applicable bulk discount to the full order.

Shipping Arrangements for Bulk Order

Bulk orders have unique shipping considerations that differ from standard individual orders:

Single-Destination Shipping

If all items are shipping to one address, we can arrange consolidated shipping where possible. Depending on quantity and product mix, your order may still ship in multiple packages, but all will be addressed to the same destination.

Multi-Destination Shipping

We can accommodate bulk orders that need to ship to multiple addresses (e.g., corporate gifts to remote employees). Multi-destination shipping requires a complete spreadsheet of recipient names, addresses, product selections, and personalization details. Additional coordination fees may apply.

Freight & Pallet Shipping

For orders of 100+ units, particularly heavier items like mugs or canvas prints, freight or pallet shipping may be the most cost-effective and safe delivery method. We will arrange an appropriate shipping quote and discuss options with you during the ordering process.

How to Place a Bulk Order

Getting started is easy. Follow these steps:

2. Receive a Custom Quote — We will provide a detailed written quote including per-unit pricing, production timeline, and shipping estimate within 2–3 business days.
3. Place Your Sample Order (Recommended) — Test the product before committing.
4. Confirm & Pay Deposit — Bulk orders over $500 require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remainder is due before shipping.
5. Approve Your Proof — For custom or personalized bulk orders, you will receive a digital proof before mass production begins.
6. Production & Delivery — We will keep you updated throughout the production process and provide tracking information when your order ships.

Bulk Order Policy: Returns & Modifications

Bulk orders are subject to our standard no-return policy for custom-printed goods. Additional considerations:

• Design changes or order modifications are not accepted after production has begun.
• Proof approvals are required before bulk production commences. We are not responsible for errors approved in the proof stage.
• If items in your bulk order arrive damaged or misprinted, we will replace defective units at no charge. Photo documentation required within 7 days of delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
